RETURNS
The return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
Only unused items in the same condition as when you received them are eligible for a return. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Some items cannot be returned. This applies, for example, to perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns of hygiene or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To process your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In certain cases, only part of the price will be refunded: (if applicable) -
Books that show clear signs of use

CDs, DVDs, videotapes, software, games, cassettes, or vinyl records with opened packaging

Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts, and this is not due to us

Items that are not returned within 30 days of delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will send you an acknowledgment via email. We will also inform you whether we have approved or denied your refund.
If we approve your refund, it will be processed and automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method within a set number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card issuer. It may take some time for your refund to appear.
If that’s not the issue, contact your bank. Often, it takes time to process a refund.

Sale items (if applicable)
No refunds can be issued for items that have been discounted.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you want to exchange an item for the same item, please email pure.aura.shop25@gmail.com and send the item to 115 Europalaan, Tilburg, Brabant North, 5042ZE, Netherlands.
Gifts
If the item was specifically purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of the returned item. We will send you a gift card once we receive the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver first received the item and then gave it to you, we will refund the item to the person who gave it to you, and they will be notified that you have returned it.
Shipping
To return your item, you must ship it to 115 Europalaan, Tilburg, Brabant North, 5042ZE, Netherlands.
The shipping costs for returning the item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for a replacement item to reach you depends on your location.
If you send us an item valued at more than €75, consider using a shipping service with a tracking option or insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
